Hi! My name is Louie and I am available for adoption. I came to RASKC on April 13, 2026. A local family found me and my sister in their yard, no mom in sight. As feral kitties we weren't used to people at all. We were happy to be inside a house with regular food and a litterbox. But we were not used to being petted or handled in any way. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was curious and playful but did not allow anyone to touch me. I would hiss and swat at anyone who tried. Now after a few months in my foster home, I'm a lot more social. I have learned how nice it is to be petted. I…
