Dans les mots du refuge: I came to RASKC after being abandoned at a park with all my belongings. I was pretty underweight when I arrived, but thanks to lots of love and good meals, I have filled out and am at a healthy weight now. I am a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention, giving kisses, and soaking up time with my people. I also love long walks, running, and playtime with my toys. I am very food motivated, so training is fun for me and I am eager to learn! I can be selective about my dog friends and would be happiest as your one-and-only canine companion.

Dans les mots du refuge: Hi! My name is Samus and I am available for adoption. I was brought to RASKC on September 12, 2026 when I was found in a vehicle being towed away. I was quite fearful at first, but have come out of my shell a lot! I went into a wonderful foster home for a little weekend get away and this is what they had to say about me, "Meet Mater! Shelter staff named her after the tow truck in Cars because a tow truck driver discovered her and a cat in an abandoned car that had been parked illegally for multiple days. Despite that, this sweet girl is filled to the brim with love.

Dans les mots du refuge: Neutered Male Pit Bull Dog Hi! My name is Freddy and I am available for adoption. I am still a puppy but I will grow to be a medium or large breed dog. I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. My caregivers have noticed I do NOT get along well with cats and would need to go to a home with no cats or small animals. Because I am a puppy, I will need to find a home where someone is available for me in these early days.
