Hi! The shelter staff named me Elaine and I am available for adoption. I was brought to RASKC on Octoner 2, 2026. I weigh 73.0 lbs and am considered a "large breed" dog. I arrived at RASKC thin and with really bad skin. I am slowly on the mend with some medication. I have been in a wonderful foster home for a bit now and this is what they have to say about me, "Elaine is so playful and fun. She loves to play fetch and make her squeaky toys squeak! She is great with children and cats. She is really the gentlest dog. She's working on her tricks but currently only knows 'stay' and 'come'.

Dans les mots du refuge: I came to RASKC after being abandoned at a park with all my belongings. I was pretty underweight when I arrived, but thanks to lots of love and good meals, I have filled out and am at a healthy weight now. I am a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention, giving kisses, and soaking up time with my people. I also love long walks, running, and playtime with my toys. I am very food motivated, so training is fun for me and I am eager to learn! I can be selective about my dog friends and would be happiest as your one-and-only canine companion.

Dans les mots du refuge: Hi! My name is Marshmallow and I am available for adoption. I was brought into RASKC on October 13, 2026 because my owner passed away and then the person that was caring for me fell on hard times and no longer could provide me the care I needed. I lived in a home and got along with children of all ages, a cat and a dog. My previous owner described me as mellow. I was very shut down in the shelter so I went into a wonderful foster home for some much needed TLC and decompression. My foster family says this about me, "We've been fostering Marshmallow since October 17th.

I am a fun loving boy who will make you laugh! I love to play with toys! I walk nicely on leash. I am smart and food motivated! At the shelter I am practicing how to `sit`, `stay`, `come`, `down` and `shake`. I am affectionate and like to lean in for pets. I seem to do well with other large dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction. I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality!

Dans les mots du refuge: Spayed Female Terrier / Mix Dog Hi! My name is Tulip and I am available for adoption. I am considered a "small breed" dog who weighs 12.0 lbs. I am an older girl looking to live out the rest of my life in a calm, cozy home. I can be quite independent and I like to do my own thing but once you win me over with treats I really enjoy some shoulder scratches! I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!
