Chip is a beautiful little tuxedo girl with a big personality and a whole lot of potential to become a loving companion! Born outdoors and raised as a feral kitten, Chip is still discovering what it means to feel safe, loved, and cared for by humans. Chip is a wonderful mix of sweetness, curiosity, and sass!
