How to adopt here

Found, may become adoptable. This pet was found, not given up. The city announces found pets for 30 days so their owner can claim them. After that it may be offered for adoption.

1. If this is your pet, call the place that is holding it and bring proof, such as a microchip record or photos.

2. If it is not yours, ask whether it will be offered for adoption once the 30 days are over.

3. Adoption always happens with the shelter, on its own terms.

Hours and steps are as the shelter publishes them; call before you go.
