Hi! My name is Buttercup and I am available for adoption! I was surrendered to RASKC on August 31, 2026 because my owner had too many cats. I am a shy gal that came in with a lot of other cats. I am still settling in here at the shelter, so I am very shy and shut down at this time. I am looking for a quiet home where I can settle in and take my time to get to know you. Since I was not showing well in the shelter I am currently in a foster home to decompress. Please fill out a foster interest form for the chance to meet me!

I had 4 kittens so I went into a wonderful foster home so I could continue being a mom to them! They are now grown so I am ready to find my forever family. My foster says this about me, "Bernie is an excellent athlete and a loyal friend. She would love to live with you and play laser pointer tag forever. Bernie was a street cat, but she's softened up and prefers being close to her people. She would do best in a quiet house with someone who is willing to take the time to help her get comfortable.

I was brought in by my previous owner on August 26, 2026 with my kitten Morgan (A752486) because they had too many cats. I went to a wonderful foster home for a few weeks, but we finally back at RASKC to look for our forever families. My foster states that I got along with their cat, dog (american bully), teenager and adult in the home. My foster described me as a dog in a cat's body :) I am an adaptable cat who loves to go with the flow!

I am a very shy girl who needs a loving home to make me feel comfortable again. I am missing my owner but hopefully with some patience and love I will warm up to my new home in no time! I am currently in a foster home and am thriving! My foster says this, "Kitty Kittens is doing really well! She spends her days on the bed now instead of under it and allows pets on her head and under her chin.

I was in a wonderful foster home for a bit and this is what they had to say about me, "Freja is a sweet, resilient girl who has had a pretty tough couple of years and deserves a safe, loving home of her own. Freja previously had a home but was abandoned at an apartment complex about two years ago. Since then, she has been surviving outside and has had multiple litters of kittens. Despite everything she's been through, she has very clearly remembered how to trust people and how to be someone's cat.

Sa salita ng shelter: Hi there, My name is Cardi (short for Cardamom). I came in with my two siblings and was a very undersocial kitten. I went out to a foster home at the start of September where I learned that not everything is scary and that getting love (on my terms!!) is actually pretty nice. I am a purr machine once I get comfy with you and will just cuddle up for a day of love. I lived with a large cat and after a slow introduction with him I did really well! I also lived with a medium sized dog. He took longer for me to learn to trust but towards the end I was starting to get there.
