List your shelter's pets on Petnecto

Free for shelters and rescues. You keep posting pets where you already do, and once your list is set up, we do the rest.

We work with almost anything you already have: a shelter system, a spreadsheet, a website, photos on your phone. We do the research and the data cleaning, look at your data with you, and set up a simple routine that keeps your list fresh. Free.

What we do for your shelter

  • List your pets for free on our website, in our open API and in the AI assistants that use Petnecto.
  • Once your list is set up, we check it once a day, so new pets appear and pets you take down disappear.
  • Link every pet to your own adoption page, with your name on it, so adoption always happens through you.
  • Tidy the photos so each one fills its frame (your originals are kept), and put breed, age, sex and size in one plain form.
  • Show your pets' details, and every page around them, in ten languages. Your own words appear exactly as you wrote them.

Where Petnecto is today

Live now: Taiwan's public shelters and a few places in the US and Europe. Missouri shelters are being added now. A person reads every email and replies.

More for shelters

Three easy ways to give us your list

  1. We read the page you already post

If your adoptable pets are already online, on Shelterluv, Adopt a Pet, PetPoint, Animal Shelter Manager or your own website, just tell us where. Nothing changes on your side. If they are only on Facebook, email us the photos and a line about each pet instead.

  2. Send the file you already send

Most shelter software already makes a file of your pets and photos for Petfinder or Adopt a Pet. Email us the same file whenever it changes.

  3. Share a Google Sheet

One row per pet, with a link to each photo. Share it so anyone with the link can view it, and keep it up to date.

Give permission

The button opens an email with the permission text already in it. Fill in your shelter's name, the address of your list and who is agreeing, then send it from your shelter's own email address. That email is your permission.

Giving permission takes one email from your shelter's own address. No account, nothing to install.

Give permission

If the button doesn't open your email, copy the text below and send it to hello@petnecto.com.

What you agree to
Shelter or rescue name:

Where our pets are listed (web page, Google Sheet, or "file attached"):

Agreed by (name and role):

Petnecto listing permission.
The shelter named above allows Petnecto (Squatch.cc LLC) to show our adoptable pets, with the photos and descriptions we publish, on Petnecto's website, JSON API and AI-assistant (MCP) service. Petnecto will: read our list of adoptable pets only in ways our shelter-software provider allows (our public listing page, a file or sheet we send, or an access key the provider issues to Petnecto); check it once a day (no more often); link every pet to our own adoption page; show our name and credit; resize and crop photos only to show them, keep our originals, and never alter photos of medical care; never sell our data, use it to train AI models, or show adopter details. We may withdraw at any time by writing to hello@petnecto.com; Petnecto removes our pets and photos within one business day. We confirm that we own, or may share, the photos we publish, and that sharing this information with Petnecto is allowed under any agreement we have with that provider. The open listing format Petnecto publishes is free for anyone to use, naming our shelter as the source.
