In the shelter's words

Neutered Male Labrador Retriever / Mix Dog Hi! My name is Legend and I am available for adoption. I was brought in by my previous owner on April 19, 2026 because they were not caring for me. I weigh 21.2lbs, and need to gain some weight. I will likely be a small-medium sized dog once I reach an appropriate weight. I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home once I get to know you! Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home. I am a puppy!! I will need to find a home where someone is available for me in these early days.

I am an older girl looking to live out the rest of my life in a calm, cozy home. I can be quite independent and I like to do my own thing but once you win me over with treats I really enjoy some shoulder scratches! I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

In the shelter's words: I came to RASKC after being abandoned at a park with all my belongings. I was pretty underweight when I arrived, but thanks to lots of love and good meals, I have filled out and am at a healthy weight now. I am a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention, giving kisses, and soaking up time with my people. I also love long walks, running, and playtime with my toys. I am very food motivated, so training is fun for me and I am eager to learn! I can be selective about my dog friends and would be happiest as your one-and-only canine companion.
