In the shelter's words

Neutered Male Domestic Shorthair Cat Hi! My name is Cousin and I am available for adoption. I was brought in by my previous owner on November 1, 2026 because they found me as a stray in Spring and I keep getting hurt outdoors. My previous owner described me as relaxed and comes forward for petting. I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home once I know you! I am a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might need some time to warm up.

    Updated October 16, 2026

In the shelter's words: Hi! My name is Bingo and I am available for adoption. I was abandoned at the shelter on October 16, 2026 with my sister Peggy (A527204). We were both adopted from RASKC several years ago and find ourselves back here together. We are quite shut down here and rely on one another for comfort. Although a lot has changed in a short amount of time we hope that we continue to be each other's familiarity for the rest of our lives. Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home without younger children.

In the shelter's words: Hi! My name is Felix and I am available for adoption. I was originally brought to RASKC on August 22, 2026, then adopted and returned on October 2, 2026 because living in a home with a young child was too much for me. I have been very patient, playful and sweet while at RASKC, but I would do best in a home without younger children. I may be a little head shy at first, but if you offer me a churu I can't turn it down :) I am a medium-haired cat which means I will require frequent grooming, please keep that in mind! I am an adaptable cat who loves to go with the flow!

In the shelter's words: Hi! My name is Auggie and I am available for adoption. I was brought to RASKC on July 6, 2026. I was very upset being here so I went to a wonderful foster home for some much needed TLC. After a few months in foster I am finally ready to start looking for my forever family :) When I first moved into my foster mom's home, I was very nervous and defensive. I would prefer a forever home that is patient while I get comfortable. I am very social, and I enjoying keeping my foster mom company in all her activities.

We all needed some socialization so we went to a wonder foster home. I am bonded to my sister Hilda (A754026). My foster says this about me, "We love meal time and playtime. We will purr and rub up against you while we are waiting for our meals. We love to play with our wand toys and stuffed mice. Once we are done playing we like to curl up on the cat tree and take a nap. We are good about using the scratching post and have great litter box habits.
